I have been using nebulized ohtuvayre since March, 2025. I think it helps prevent SOB, but am
wondering about others’ experiences with bronchiectasis ?

Hello! I have not used this particular drug. I am glad that you found a drug that works for you, preventing shortness of breath. This drug helps the muscles around the airways relax and reduces inflammation, making it easier to breathe for some respiratory patients.
Inhalers and nebulizers effectiveness vary amongst individuals; some side effects of inhalers and nebulizers are tolerable, some are not. It takes time for some patients to figure out what is best for them .
