Great picture Tim!!! We all must keep on moving. I realize that there are days when you are just not up to walking, exercising, moving. However, every little bit of exercise counts. I try to get more exercise, walking 🚢 in on good days.

Enjoy your walk with Dakota:).

Out for a walk in my Bronchiectasis Blue on a beautiful autumn πŸ‚ day. A short walk is better than no walk. I hope that you were able to get some exercise in today :)

Brandon,
Thank you! I am not a picture ,” selfie person β€œ, but I just wanted to show that I push myself to get some exercise on bad days, fair days and good days. It is important to do whatever it takes to keep our lungs working as best as possible. Have a good day! :)
