Living with a chronic condition can result in emotional ups and downs over times. There are days when we feel well, almost our old “ normal “ and other days when we are impacted by weather conditions and or variables. A gratitude journal is a way to keep your spirits stable by reminding yourself of the things you are grateful for on a regular basis. The link below , from Positive Psychology. Thanks, Katie!
Brandon,
You are most welcome! We all need to be reminded of what we are grateful for. I am grateful for this site, the members , the staff who inspire one another on an ongoing basis to live the best quality of life possible. :)
It’s such a comfort to know this space is filled with people who truly get it—who share, listen, encourage, and offer kindness when it’s needed most. Every story, every tip, every bit of support makes a difference. Whether you post often or just read along quietly, you are part of what makes this community so special. For that, I am grateful!
Kindness, empathy, and support make a huge difference in the lives of individuals facing chronic medical conditions. Thank you to each and every member for any contribution you make for another member.
Considering a bigger perspective can be beneficial. Somewhere on Earth the sun is shining in a bright blue sky, even if it's stormy weather where we live. Somewhere on Earth flowers are blooming, even if it's winter where we live.
Marsrocket,
Thank you for your uplifting words- we must believe that somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue when we are going through challenging times.
