Hello! The month of March has begun!!! Daylight savings time begins in 7 days. We have endured a very challenging winter with frigid temperatures and a lot of snow. March reminds us that even after the longest winters, healing can quietly begin again. Spring and nicer weather are on its way β€” and so is renewed energy, and hope. Here’s to a month filled with resilience .πŸ’™
Throughout this month, we will focus on pulmonary rehabilitation, airway clearance devices and health equity.

It also signals fewer colds and infections circulating.  We can be happy about that!

Indywoman,
Fewer colds and infections are a gift.
Following good infection control measures, doing airway clearance are the keys to success. Have you seen an ENT lately? Some prescribe nasal spray to attempt to lessen respiratory infections. Nasal washes are another option during the winter months and during allergy season.
