Great information on how to manage/cope with anxiety, Katie. Many in our community struggle with this in one way or another. Knowing more about anxiety and that people aren't alone or different when they struggle with it is very helpful. Thanks for adding this resource.
Christiana,
Thank you for your words. Noone on this site is alone- we are a community to support you. Anxiety is rooted in dealing with a lot of uncertainty. Many of us deal with being uncertain about how we will feel from one day to the next, impacted by certain variables such as the weather. We can assist one another in working around many of the common uncertainties that we face. I will have more posts on this topic throughout this month.
