Hi friends--wishing you a peaceful and gentle Sunday. πŸ’™

Living with bronchiectasis or NTM can bring its fair share of ups and downs, so I hope today gives you a chance to slow down, breathe a little easier, and just be. Rest is more than okay--it’s necessary. Healing happens not just through medications and treatments, but also through moments of calm, connection, and care.

However you spend your day, I hope it brings comfort and a reminder that you're never alone in this! We’re in this together--one breath, one step, one Sunday at a time.

Totally agree!  I have a cross that simply says "be still". It's not always the easiest to do but totally necessary!  Thank you for the reminder.

Yes, we must be still. The professional counselors say you must feel to heal. Being still allows us to heal, allows us to rest as needed.

A way for me to 'be still' is working on how I am breathing. 4-7-8 Breathing can help:

Breathing exercises are great since they can reset our central nervous system, enabling us to relax.
